Banquet:
The Saturday evening banquet fee is included in Performer, Participant and Full Auditor fees only. Daily Auditors will be required to
pay $30 to attend the banquet.
Payment of Fees:
Fees may be paid by mail prior to the Symposium, or upon arrival at the Symposium
and may be paid by check, cash, or money order.
Parking:
On-campus parking is available for $8.75 per day. For more information call (513) 556-2283.

Piccolo Class:
There are 2 piccolo classes during the Symposium.
You may prepare orchestral excerpts or a piccolo solo
with/without piano accompaniment.
The piccolo class is taught by Mr. Jack Wellbaum,
solo piccoloist in the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra for 40 years and
Piccolo Professor at the University of Cincinnati,
College-Conservatory of Music.
You may sign up to play in the piccolo class when you send in your
application for participation in the Symposium. You may also sign up to play for
these classes when you arrive at the Symposium. This class is in addition to
your flute participation in the morning and afternoon Master Classes.
2008 Symposium Competition:
At the end of the Symposium, attendees vote on the top three performing participants based on the 6 days of Master
Classes. Prizes of $750, $500, and $250 are awarded. The winners will perform in the Gala Closing Concert on the last Sunday afternoon of the Symposium.
